Schedules & Prices
The TX Ranch weekly rate includes everything you'll need for the week (all meals, horses, saddle, tack, etc.). We also include free transportation to and from the Billings, Montana airport and two listed motels. Our weekly rate is $1,300 per week. A deposit of $400 will confirm your reservation. No hidden fees ~ no sales tax ~ one flat rate and six full days of exciting ranch activities! We accept personal checks if you live in the US or Canada. We accept bank wire transfer, money order, traveler's checks or cash. If you are interested in booking a reservation, or require more information,
contact us. Capacity is 18 guests per week.
Saturday is our transport day; transportation is provided free of charge. The dates listed below are the Saturdays we'll meet our guests in Billings, Montana. We will return guests to Billings the following Saturday.
The TX Ranch is an
authentic working cattle ranch that adapts to the seasonal needs and requirements concerning its cattle, horses and range pasture conditions. The TX Ranch covers mile after mile of scenic breath taking open range country. Each day has an exciting busy schedule with genuine activities! Our guests have the freedom to ride as necessary and to help out with as much or as little as desired. Please keep in mind our riding and working activities are not compulsary. Your welcome to ride on your own too!

The following weeks below include: Concecutive day cattle drive, exceptional open range riding with out boundaries for all riding levels, riding for cattle, round ups, hands on working cattle activities and horse drives! These weeks also include necessary seasonal riding and cattle working activities as stated below before and after the cattle drive.

The following weeks below include: Exceptional open range riding for all level riders, horse drives, riding for cattle, cattle round ups, cattle drives and horse drives! When cattle are driven to their gathering locations this is when the hands on working cattle activties begin! Activities include: roping, branding, ear tagging, doctoring, vaccines, cutting out cow/calf pairs for cattle drives, cutting out strays, castration and dehorning. We drive the cut herds to new seasonal range pasture locations including our Pryor Mountain permit. Strays are driven back to their range locations as necessary.
